Project Engineer - Pressure Vessels

Chroma have been instructed to find a specialist Pressure Vessel Project Engineer get stuck into highly technical work in the Energy Sector for a Derbyshire based OEM.

The successful Pressure Vessel Engineer work across the full lifecycle of projects providing technical expertise relating to high pressure systems, their codes (AMSE, PED etc.) and safety directives. Youll be working in dynamic and close-knit team of Project, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers to ensure highly complex machines are designed, built and commissioned on time and within budget.

Pressure Vessel Project Engineer requirements:

HNC/D or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Pressure Vessel/Systems design experience ideally pressurised gas
Expert knowledge of pressure codes - ASME, PED, PD5500, EN13445 etc.
Understanding of P&IDs & Manufacturing Techniques
