Production Operative

Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to work for a company who are a growing and abitious business. As a Production Operative you will be responsible for using a variety of hand tools based at a work bench to complete detailed processes on small parts. This is very detailed work so will require a keen eye for detail and a steady hand. This is a straight Permanent opportunity that offers a great opportunity to develop.

Location: Northampton

Contract Type: Permanent straight away, you will be employed by the company

Working Hours: Monday to Friday either Part Time OR Full Time but you must be able to work 12pm-5pm.

Overtime: Available everyday, including Saturdays and every other Sunday (Optional)

Salary: £12.21 per hour (weekdays) 1.5x (Saturdays) 2x (Sundays)

Responsibilities:

• Apply and remove materials from small parts
• Follow technical specifications and instructions
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance
• Complete work to customer requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Use and maintain handheld equipment
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Work closely with team members
• Adhere to Health & Safety
• Maintain an organised work environment

Required Experience:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong manual dexterity to work with delicate components
• Must be organised
• Have good time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Happy to work at a bench sitting down
