Key responsibilities:

Oversee and improve production processes in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Develop and implement process strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
Collaborate with the team to ensure health and safety regulations are met.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that product specifications are met.
Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives for change.
Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Document all processes for future reference and continuous improvement.Profile

A successful Production Engineer should have:

An academic background in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a Production Engineering or CI focused role.
Experience using 3D CAD.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management abilities.
A knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
