We are currently recruiting for Process Operators for a client in the Blackwood area.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Process customer specific equipment
Monitor and inspection of equipment to customer specification
To maintain a clean and tidy working area
Carry out tasks safely and report any incidents / near misses
Qualifications and experience required to do this role:
Demonstrable experience in a busy shop floor environment
Demonstrable experience of working within a team
Demonstrable experience of working to deadline
Competencies required for role:
Ability to delegate tasks
Prioritises tasks to meet business needs
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
Is self-motivated, focused and persistent
Must be goal and detail oriented
Delivers exceptional customer service skills to both internal and external employees or customers
Hours of Work
Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm
Rate of Pay
�11.44 per hour
