A mainstream primary school that Randstad Education is currently working with is looking for a full-time, experienced primary teacher. This institution offers you chances to advance in your career and continuous assistance from the senior leadership group.

In this position, you will be teaching a delightful first-year class as a primary teacher. You will need to keep an eye on students' progress, organise activities that suit each student's unique needs, deal with difficult behaviour, and support the social, emotional, and physical needs of each child. In order to ensure that they are able to instruct children, primary teachers will need to be proactive, positive, calm, and flexible.

To guarantee that each student's unique needs are met, you must design engaging lessons that keep students interested and monitor their progress.

As a primary teacher, you will be required to have the following skills:


  • QTS and experience teaching within KS1.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Right to work within the UK.
  • Must provide 2 professional references
  • Overseas criminal clearance.
  • Have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be committed to working as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum.
