Permanent role for a plumbing/water maintenance technician, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday at a static site in Birmingham. There is no on call rota for this role. This will suit someone looking for a static role, working days, without the pressure of going on a call out rota.�
In this role, your main duties will include (but not limited to)

• Maintenance on TMV,'s Water Tanks, Showers, Taps, Calorifiers, Water Softeners, RO Plant, DI plant, water sampling and temperature checks.
• Working knowledge of Legionella and other water pathogens
• Have a knowledge of water storage tank cleaning and disinfection
• Undertake temperature monitoring, shower head cleaning and disinfection, Tank visual inspections, water samples, calorifier visual inspections, TMV servicing, to name a few

The ideal candidate will hold City and Guilds Level 2 in heating/ventilation/plumbing, with either previous experience, or the desire to work at a static site.
