You're an experienced plant enthusiast eager to advance your career. You've dedicated time to working and supporting operations in a plant setting, and now you're seeking the next stage in your professional development

What does this mean for you? It means you'll have the opportunity to work under an experienced Plant Manager who has advanced within the company.

What will I be doing?

This role as a Plant Area Supervisor isn't like any other in the industry-here, every day brings new challenges and variety. As the supervisor of the outdoor area in the Garden Centre, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day to day running.

Who will I be working for?

Our client is a leading garden centre group. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is what sets them apart. They offer quality plants and products to their customers and have a wealth of knowledge to help their customers in making their purchases.

You

You'll already be working in a plant area. You might be a supervisor who needs a bigger challenge or a senior horticulturist who wants to take a step up, either way, we want to hear from you!

If you've got the management experience that's great. If you don't, we'll train you.
