Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in the North West who are looking for an experienced Planning Lawyer to come and join their team.

The role:

6-month initial contract.

Dealing with S.106 agreements, planning enforcement, general planning advice and attending planning committees once a month

Remote working apart from committee attendance

Start date within the next 4 weeks

Must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive.
