The Planning and Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in the business, collaborating closely with Channel Heads and the Operations Team to ensure seamless planning and forecasting across the multi-channel operations.

As Planning and Analytics Manager, you will:

• Analyse multi-channel sales data to create a consolidated seasonal forecast for the Operations Team.
• Provide a comprehensive overview of resource requirements to support efficient planning.
• Ensure timely placement of orders to meet operational demands.
• Take ownership of the MRP system and Warehouse Management System, ensuring their continuous improvement and optimisation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align sales forecasts with broader business goals.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.

As Planning and Analytics Manager, you will have:

• Experience in systems management, including MRP and Warehouse Systems.
• FMCG sector background.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Advanced computer skills and software proficiency.
• Proactive, team-oriented problem-solver with attention to detail.
