Personal Injury Solicitor Birmingham Salary £38,000 - £45,000 Our client are a leading law firm with an exciting opportunity for a driven Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the practice. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters, representing claimants. Ideally, the candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in claimant personal injury cases. Applicants should be experienced in managing a diverse caseload, including RTA, EL, PL , and clinical negligence matters from initial instruction to completion. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, offering solutions, and clear communication both in writing and over the phone. Ideal candidates will demonstrate : Strong technical legal knowledge Up-to-date familiarity with procedures and relevant law Ability to manage mixed caseloads of personal injury claims Experience in complex/high-value claims for claimants Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills Proactive approach with effective interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong client relationship management
