Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join our client based in Egham
The successful Personal Assistant will be responsible for:
Developing a deep understanding of the workings of the finance function and operations
Proactively scheduling and arranging the relevant SFT meetings and the agreement of the purpose / agenda well in advance
Building strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and their assistants to proactively plan, schedule, coordinate and prioritise meetings, and deal effectively with conflicts and changes as they arise
Ensuring that the CFO and Exec Leaders diaries are kept up-to-date and accurate, anticipating requirements and proactively booking meetings
Attending SFT meetings and taking minutes, actively and accurately capturing actions
Following up on actions with the relevant owners and coordinating responses
Coordinating and proactively supporting any resulting projects and activities as required, working with the SFT to achieve the desired outcomes
Acting with appropriate discretion and professionalism with the wider SFT. Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information, financial documents, and personal matters
Coordinating and managing events such as analyst presentations, capital markets days, investor seminars, video webcasts, and conference calls
The Personal Assistant will have:
Background and experience working in a PLC organisation
World travel and logistics experience
Experience of arranging internal and external meetings, conferences and events for the Finance team.
Ability to compose letters and announcements
Intermediate skills in word, excel, PowerPoint.
Above average understanding of technical issues to include virtual tools e.g., Teams and Zoom.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills
Management of large workload experience
