As a Personal Assistant at senior level, your role will be to facilitate the smooth running of several executives’ busy schedules, alongside ad hoc project work. You will also provide guidance and support to more junior members of the team.
As the PA, your key responsibilities will include:
Diary and email management
Scheduling internal and external meetings
Meeting preparation and follow up
Travel and accommodation booking
Expenses and timesheets
Providing holiday cover for other members of the PA team
Personal Assistant Experience
To be successful in this position, you must be a strong senior level PA with experience in supporting C suite level stakeholders in a business capacity. Above all, you will have excellent communication skills, proactive nature and maintain a strong team-working culture.
You will be happy taking on responsibilities, such as supporting projects, alongside daily PA tasks like diary management and minute taking.

This role will be working initially on a hybrid basis in their lovely, modern offices in a rural location (OX13) for 3 days a week, this may increase in the near future. Please note you must be able to drive.
