Join our People & Culture Team as a People Advisor and play a key role in shaping our company culture.
As a People Advisor, your responsibilities will include delivering important people activities, providing guidance on people policies and leading recruitment campaigns. You will also be involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as engagement and wellbeing programmes to improve colleague satisfaction.

30 hours per week - �21,081.08 - �21,891.89 per annum
15 hours per week - �10,540.54 - �10,945.95 per annum
Roles are based across Royal & Derngate, Northampton, and The Core at Corby Cube, NN17 1QG.
To deliver key people activities for all employees across NAMT, Royal & Derngate (including Northampton Filmhouse), and The Core at Corby Cube.
