Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our dynamic team at our school in Oldham. The successful candidate will inspire students to engage in physical activity, develop their athletic skills, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons for students across various age groups.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages all students to participate in physical activities.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students, including those with varying abilities.
  • Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities, clubs, and events.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Promote the importance of physical health and well-being within the school community.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE lessons and activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Physical Education.
  • Previous experience teaching PE in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of physical education curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
