Contract type : Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, paid overtime.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our creative on-site pastry team. Eataly London offers a selection of handmade Italian desserts and pastries.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie , youll transform high-quality ingredients into delicious pastries. Our open Pastry department is part of the experience at Eataly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
Participates in the production of all pastry items for Eatalys counters and restaurants.
Prepares pastries, tiramisu, cannoli, cookies, croissants, gelato, and other Italian desserts.
To ensure that the kitchen area is cleaned throughout the day.
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements Experience in pastry cooking in either a professional or further education environment.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Pastry Commis Chef or Chef de Partie.
Shifts for this role will fall between 5.30 am and 9.00 pm. To be considered for this role, you must be available flexibly between these times.
Strong demonstrable skills with key pastry preparations.
Experience in Italian pastry is advantageous.
