- Offer one-on-one pastoral care to students, addressing personal, social, and academic issues.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement individual support plans for students in need.
- Maintain regular contact with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure students' pastoral needs are met within the classroom.
- Coordinate with external agencies to provide additional support services for students.
- Promote positive behaviour and address any behavioural issues in accordance with the college's policies.
- Support students in developing self-discipline and conflict resolution skills.
