• Identifying customer spare parts requirements
• Speaking to customers over the phone
• Pre picking parts
• Organizing return parts
• Invoicing
• Sales order processing

Requirements for Parts Advisor

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience within the automotive industry
• A can do attitude
• Good time keeping
