Due to expansion within the department, my client is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to join their well-established team on a part time basis. The wealth administrator role deals with the administration of wealth financial products and providing customer service to clients throughout the wealth management process. The role works within the administration team. The team’s main functions are business processing, sales retention, and customer experience. The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting Financial Advisers either within a Financial Planning firm or a provider environment, though this is not essential.

You will be responsible for:

* Opening company post, distributing to recipients, scanning and re-naming documents received and setting tasks or action points for follow ups.

* Chasing insurance providers, surgeries and medical companies for updates and information to help progress applications and keep clients up to date.

* Update clients and contact ongoing clients via emails, telephone calls, letters and text messages to ensure the receive excellent customer service and support throughout their applications.

* Uploading documentation and reports to electronic business submission platform for compliance checking in line with company and industry regulatory guidelines.

* Updating daily reports and key spreadsheet trackers, using CRM tool for an IFA/advisory business.

* General office duties, including answering telephones, document management/scanning/filing and any other admin ad-hoc tasks.

* Complete LOAs and EBS submissions with meticulous detail / zero error rate.

* Liaise with people at all levels including GP surgeries, life and investment companies in order to gain information and expedite busines

The ideal candidate will:

* Ideally have Wealth Administration experience but this is not essential.

* Ideally be a Part/fully qualified Paraplanner (Reviews & SLs).

* Be self-motivated, organised and show ability to work under pressure both within a team and on own initiative.

* Have a meticulous eye for detail, excellent problem solving and decision-making skill, commercial savvy.

* Be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information.

* Be highly focused on getting it right first time ensuring that clients receive the best level of service possible.

* Have good planning and organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise workloads.

* Must be confident, proactive, a strong team player and enthusiastic.

* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Must have high level of skills within the Microsoft office package (word, excel), must have Excel proficiency
