This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to form and expand this new role with the assistance of the MD. The business is a small, but growing and ambitious recruitment business located in South Leeds. You will be responsible for supporting the MD with all aspects of business and personal administration tasks.
As PA you will be responsible for:
Diary management
Booking meetings
Fielding emails and calls
Drafting email responses on behalf of the MD
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Organising personal trips
Managing bills
Assisting with event organization
Personal shopping
Managing finances
Some travel alongside the MD
Attending meetings
Strong Administration background
Driving licence and car required
Experience as a PA desirable
Experience within recruitment or the care sector would be an advantage
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational skills
Great communicator
