JRS are currently recruiting for a Operations Support Administrator to come and join our client in Camberley on a permanent basis.
Our client is a successful manufacturing business who offer a fantastic working environment, competitive salary package and an early finish on a Friday!
As an Operations Support Administrator you will assist the Operations Team and work closely with all other departments to maintain optimum efficiency, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Duties include:
* Create and maintain standard documentation packs
* Create and maintain Instructions and Design Change systems using MS Word and Excel
* Administer standard certifications (Certificate of Conformity, Hydrostatic Test Certificate. etc)
* Assist with the maintenance of the Technical and Drawing Approved libraries
* Maintenance of the Design Control Index and Standards, including filing and updating
* Devising and maintaining office systems
* Organising and storing paperwork, documents and other electronic files
* Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and post
* Printing, photocopying, filing and scanning
* Occasionally assist with business travel arrangements and arrange maintenance of office equipment
* Liaising with staff in all other departments and external contacts as necessary
* Adherence and compliance to Standard Operating Procedures
* Adherence and compliance to ISO standards and Health and Safety requirements
* Other duties as required by the Line Manager
Required Skills
* Ability to write standard letters, messages & simple reports
* Computer literate with an Intermediate level of competence with the Microsoft Office suite of
software, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role. Technical administration would be an
advantage but not compulsory
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Motivation, confidence and the ability to work under pressure as a valuable team member
* Positive, reliable, professional attitude
* Strong focus on customer service
Benefits include
* Salary: £20,500 – £24,500 depending on experience
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
