We are seeking a proactive Sameday Delivery Manager to oversee daily operations ensuring timely and efficient delivery of priority parcels.

Key responsibilities.

Manage the same day routes, ensuring all parcels are delivered on time;
Coordinate route sequencing, dispatch timing,and parcel organisation;
Maintain driver performance and ensure compliance with our customers standards;
Prepare daily administrative reports and ensure smooth operations across a 7-day work week;
Conduct team meetings,manage driver schedules, and assist with creating a pipeline for the team;
Handle vehicle checks,driver documentation throughout our Platform and maintain our social media presence.
