The role offers up to £85,000pa + bonus scheme and car/allowance.
Develop the function of operations in line with corporate plans to reliably increase turnover.
Maximise Company efficiency, productivity, and people skills whilst consistently promoting a continuous improvement and can-do culture.
Create exceptional and effective stakeholder relationships.
Convert board level strategy into operational and deliverable business plans.
Develop and consult with colleagues to develop sales and marketing attitudes and increase business growth.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all key operational metrics.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
Mentor, coach and develop the capabilities of the Operations Management team to meet individual and Company performance standards and KPI's.
Ensure the company operates with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Proven experience in Recruitment - a strategy thinker.

Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
