As Operations & Partner MI Analyst, you will support the delivery of the marketing analytics capability required across the business. You will analyse marketing & operational data, informing stakeholders and generating business & commercial insight.
Take a pivotal role in the business MI transformation to a cloud based Enterprise Data Platform (PowerBi).
Be responsible for providing crucial data led insights, trend analysis and other factors such as seasonality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Have an understanding of business KPIs to deliver defined metrics such as lead score, attribution models, propensity modelling etc
Support the Analytics Manager & Senior Analysts to implement relevant analytical techniques and processes to better understand key customer behaviour and economic insights.
Support the delivery of projects that necessitate analytical capability to provide better customer outcomes or more efficient delivery of our corporate capability
Embrace development to help deliver a culture of continuous improvement
Adopt, embrace and socialise the required processes defined to support excellence in delivery
Support the development of automated key reporting for stakeholders & operations in marketing and wider corporate business functions
Be accountable for delivering & maintaining regular insight packs and closed loop reporting on all marketing activity
Pro-actively support the marketing team with data, analysis and insights from previous digital & direct marketing.

Skills and Experience
A willingness to continue professional development to further support current role or recognised career paths
Proficient in the use of MS Office with advanced understanding and use of MS Excel
Experience in working with underlying data tables and business rules to ensure consistency of reporting
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the products and services provided by the Group
Awareness of the Financial Services market
Internal consultancy and influencing skills
Experience in marketing campaign analysis and/or digital analytics
Relevant professional qualification desirable, ideally Statistical, Mathematics or Engineering degree
Experience with SQL, SAS, PowerBI, GA, Marketing Automation or Tableau would be an advantage
