We have a great opportunity for a temporary Office Manager, or similar level, to enable an office move over 4 weeks. Our client needs someone to ensure a smooth transition to a new larger office, with a longer-term lease and a number of new staff.
Duties will include:
Sourcing and ordering equipment, furnishings and supplies for new office
Organising move of computer equipment from old office to new office
Accepting deliveries
Greeting visitors
Finding/contacting builders to arrange quotes for internal works
Organising other office services including cleaners, security, utilities
Liaising with building management / landlord / parking provider
Other matters required for new office setup e.g. organising fire safety
Assist with induction of new staff to the office (either new to the company or previously working remotely)
Other typical office admin duties to assist the company directors Requirements:
Reliable and trustworthy
Savvy with spending, handling budgets
Well organised
Excellent communicator with good phone manner
Good written skills (especially in emails)
