The Role
Working as part of a team supporting the depot manager.
Contacting customers with job updates and responding to enquiries.
Updating in-house systems including invoicing, reports taking phone payments, raising purchase order numbers.
Weekly collation of timesheets, including the calculation of overtime & additional pay.
Coordinating Invoice queries.
Other general administrative duties as required.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
Previous data entry experience.
A background in customer services would be preferable.
Strong IT Skills (Excel, Word etc)
Good knowledge of computer systems and applications
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to analyse information for inaccuracies and work through systems to correct.
Skilled in providing administrative support preferably in a technical environment.
£19,500 - £21,000 per annum
