The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery General Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day support of the Nursery class, working alongside the teacher to provide an engaging and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children with activities to enhance their learning, social, and emotional development.
• Assisting with the preparation of resources and setting up learning spaces.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's inclusive ethos.
• Helping with personal care needs when required.

Person Specification:

• A passion for working with young children.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in an EYFS setting is desirable but not essential.
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Teaching Support.
