NPD Project Manager

Role: NPD Project Manager Location: North West (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £40,000 (Negotiable) Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a NPD Project Manager to join their team! Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain accurate master data within the product portfolio, ensuring smooth transitions for both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for NPD/EPD projects, managing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating project activities to ensure deadlines are met.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and external partners to manage product samples, approvals, and merchandising plans, ensuring visual consistency and accurate data across all channels.Assist in gathering and analysing market research, consumer insights, and product performance data. Manage sample distribution and inventory for testing and feedback purposes.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in product development and/or project management, within the beauty or personal care industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.This is an amazing and very exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team!
