JOB TITLE: Network Development Analyst Placement
LOCATION: Milton Keynes ( hybrid 1-3 days in the office required per week)
CLOSING DATE: Monday 30th September 2024
SALARY: £22,250, 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, loan car scheme, pension and a discretionary bonus
CONTRACT: June 2025 - June 2026

Are you analytical, and people-oriented individual with exceptional time management skills? We are looking for a Network Development Analyst. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. You would not only be to collate and analyse important decision-making Rent-a-Car data, but to present this data to important stakeholders. This role has potential for huge exposure within the business and would be ideal for anyone with great excel and analytical skills.
This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like:
Analysis of Rent-a-Car revenue, pricing and utilisation performance.
Monthly production, distribution & analysis of Rent-a-Car location scorecards.
Recommend assumptions used in Investor Business Plans regarding revenue by model, seasonal utilisation, sales channel mix/performance.
Generating and presenting financial performance summaries for Volkswagen Group brands.
Analysis of key data to provide investigation and commentary around key metrics highlighting trends and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
Training needs analysis and preparing training materials from e-learning data and reporting.
Presenting to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Analyse mystery shop data from an external supplier and present findings & outline areas to improve to key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
About you:
Currently studying a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical, accuracy & problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Self -motivated, with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands
Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
PC literacy - Microsoft office skills especially excel.

Here's what our process looks like:
Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
You'll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.
If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview and deliver a presentation. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
