Role Overview: As a NetApp Storage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining their NetApp storage infrastructure. You will ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of their storage systems, playing a critical role in supporting our mission-critical applications and services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage NetApp storage solutions to meet the demands of their high-performance environment.
Monitor and optimize storage performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand storage requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain and update storage documentation and procedures.
Implement best practices for data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a NetApp Storage Engineer or in a similar role.
Deep understanding of NetApp storage systems, including ONTAP, SAN, and NAS environments.
Experience with storage performance tuning and capacity planning.
Strong knowledge of data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator) are a plus.
