Are you a skilled multi-trade professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals for a sub-contract role in new build maintenance and repair. This is a long term sub-contract role.�

Key Details:

• Pay Rate:��160 per day


• Contract Type:�Long-term sub-contract


• Travel Requirement:�Up to 50 miles or 1.5 hours travel time

• Vehicle:�Use your own van initially; company van provided after 4 weeks�

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance and repair


• Experience in either carpentry/joinery, tiling, plumbing, plastering, roofing, groundwork, dry lining, painting and decorating, floor laying, bathroom fitting or kitchen fitting.


• Own van/vehicle


• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles


• Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
