Multi Trade Plumber - Long term contract

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long-term contract basis and for the right candidate a permanent position, for reactive works across multiple Social Housing sites in Bristol and surrounding areas.

The client wants previous experience in Social housing or simular domestic works.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, Multi skilled handyman, Plastering and carpentry.


• Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.


• Van, Fuel card and Insurance included.

Requirements:

Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties or social housing background.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Social housing / local authority experience

Full UK driving licence

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing

If you're an experienced Plumber multi-trader with handy man experience with a background in plumbing looking for a flexible contract role or on a permanent basis give me a call. 

Paid weekly on CIS - £175 - £180 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday


• Hours - 8am -4pm

Experience:

• Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)


• Plumbing: 5 years (required)


• Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
