We have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plumber to help support the Responsive Maintenance team maintain general building works on all premises within theSaffron Housing community.
Key responsibilities include: Carryout all work of a maintenance nature as required; this may include but is not limited to Plumbing, Heating, Tiling and Minor Carpentry
Undertake building work in association with improvements, minor works and small new build contracts.
Responsible for ensuring all jobs are closed down accordingly when repairs are completed via a mobile devise.
Ensuring the safety and security of Saffrons tenants and properties by participating on the out of hours call out rota, as required.
