We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Oxfordshire, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term supply contract role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in students' language learning journey.

Role Details:

• Position: MFL Teacher (French & Spanish)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Full-time, long-term supply
• Location: Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish to students at KS3 and KS4 levels (potentially KS5 depending on experience).
• Assess, record, and report on student progress, ensuring learners reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm for languages.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning and departmental activities.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold the school's standards and values.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching French and Spanish in a secondary school setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to suit varying needs.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
