Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing manufacturing business? I am looking for a strong people manager with a background in production management and supervision to lead a production area within an expanding manufacturing business. This role is a days based role so would be a great opportunity to get off shift and into a days role with an early finish on Fridays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management of a production team of operators.
  • Participation and driving of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the quality of work in conjunction with the quality team.
  • Ensure health and safety policy is followed by the staff.
  • KPI Management.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a production management / supervisory capacity.
  • Strong people manager.
  • Experience in setting up KPIs.
