Maintenance Engineer

Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Engineer for a specialist and unique heavy environment. We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer, to join the Engineering team at the recycling facility in Grantham. The role would suit someone who would thrive in a diverse and challenging work environment. This position would suit an Engineer able to be part of projects, overhauling and adapting machinery, alongside reactive and planned preventive maintenance.
The package details for the role of Maintenance Engineer includes:
Salary £40,000
12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern of 3 in, 4 off, 4 in, 3 off. Hours are 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00.
Hours will be 06:00-18:00 only for 2 to 3 months while training
NEST pension
22 Days Holiday
To make a successful Maintenance Engineer the requirements for this position are a minimum of Level 3. Mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics are essential. Some duties include:
