Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Manchester

Salary: £38,000 - £39,000

Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be working on a prestigious industrial site in Manchester, supporting the largest parcel distributor in the world. You’ll be part of a larger team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of building maintenance and contributing to small installation projects, servicing, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks


• Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches


• Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing


• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records


• Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork


• Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance


• Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems


• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks


• Manage workloads independently across multiple locations
