Xcede are delighted to be working with one of the world’s most prestigious research & publishing organisations. The organisation have been operating for over 25 years, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to help rank, highlight, and compare the top organisations in their field.

The AI Engineer will be focused on developing tools for both internal and external clients that automate processes across the organisation. LLMs will be a core part of the solutions that are created. Existing business needs will lead to work focused on speech-to-text-based segmentation, Intelligent Agent creation, and entity recognition & matching relating to the mass of documents that our client has at their disposal.

Responsibilities
Build LLM based tools and products which utilise Agents, RAG / Retrieval Augmented Generation, Fine-Tuned Models, Embedding, ASR / Automated Speech Recognition, etc.
Interact with relevant stakeholders to understand their core business needs and help devise the best tech driven solutions.
Work with and make the most of the variety of data types that the company have access to, from PDFs, Word Docs, Audio files, JSON, etc.

Requirements
Significant commercial experience building AI / ML tools (ideally within a few years of building LLM based applications).
Strong understanding of ML fundamentals (including Supervised & Unsupervised algorithms)
Significant NLP, LLM, and GenAI technical knowledge.
Experience in helping to diagnose business problems and creating impactful solutions
Azure experience.
