LOGISTICS MANAGER REQUIRED!

Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Logistics Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients.

The Client:

The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK, including many new build sites.

The Opportunity:

Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Leeds for 24 months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction, especially new build projects.

Duties:

• Supervision of on-site activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with site staff, specifications, and safety standards.


• Coordination of trades: Organise and manage different trades to maintain workflow and prevent delays.


• Health and safety enforcement: Ensure all site workers follow safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.


• Progress monitoring and reporting: Track project milestones, assess and manage work quality and deliveries on site.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:

The client requires a Logistics Manager who is able to work in Leeds. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

• MUST have SMSTS and CSCS


• REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction


• IDEALLY be local to Leeds 


• REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)


• MUST have working reference


• MUST have the right to work in the UK

Pay:

Day rate is between £250 - £280 but can be negotiable dependant on experience.
