Data Quality Manager - Central London/Hybrid WFH (2/3 or 3/2) - £Negotiable DoE - J11839 Working as part of the Data team, you will work to develop and embed first-class data quality and related best practices within the organisation. This will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation on a range of support, development and project tasks to improve data quality. Responsibilities • Defining and leading Data Quality remediation efforts • Designing Data Quality reports that supporting a wide range of reporting requirements • Develop knowledge of functional and system Data Quality specifications and assisting in the creation of test plans and quality assurance procedures • Working with different stakeholder reporting requirements and knowledge of the context of the information provided • Collaborating with system owners and domain owners to improve Data Quality • Developing ways to improve quality, or support new validation controls within global applications • Identifying and remediating Data Quality programs affecting the systems used in the organisation • Identifying and leading certain small projects associated with the Data Quality Management Service • Understanding the principles of Enterprise Data Models and their application • Working with the business to define User Acceptance Testing criteria and overseeing execution to completion • Creating and conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to the next steps • Effectively manage stakeholder Data Quality issues • Managing daily Data Quality reports and proactively reacting to them where needed • Creating and circulating KPI's for Data Quality • Defining and leading Data Quality remediation efforts • Designing Data Quality reports that supporting a wide range of reporting requirements Role Requirements • Experienced in integration technologies such as SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel Data Analysis. • Demonstrative experience and/or a proven record of success as a team leader • Experience of working with Data Quality tools e.g. Informatica DEQ, Altyrx, Collibra, Reltio. • Analytical focus and data analysis skills • Understanding the principles of Enterprise Data Models and their application. • Prior project management experience • Prioritisation and time management skills • Facilitating skills and ability to coach/teach others • Written and verbal communication skills and problem/conflict resolution skills If this sounds like the role for you then please apply today!
