LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, BRIXTON
About the company:
Our client is a Landlord rather than an estate agent. If you personally feel stuck as a letting's negotiator in an estate agent, this is the ideal role and opportunity to get into a different world of lettings. Our client own 700+ properties across South London including Clapham and Brixton and are building several new sites. On average letting around 250-300 a year.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
• Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Requirements of the role:

• Experience in landlord/tenant matters and estate agents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property management
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the London property market is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary budgets: £18,500 basic salary going up to £19,500 after passing ARLA. + guarantee. £42,500 OTE
Required working hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Every other Saturday 9am-4pm by appointment only.
