Lettings Administrator - Limehouse, East London - £25,000
My client, a well-established and independent firm specialising in Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management, and Mortgages, is currently seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their growing team in Limehouse. Duties

• Keeping files up to date (EPC / Gas Safety/ Electric safety/Landlord License)
• Drawing up tenancy agreements/Landlord contracts
• Referencing new tenants
• Booking check in and outs on the system
• Assisting negotiators with lettings documents
• Responding to inquiries and liaising with contractors, including in house maintenance co-ordinator
• Assisting Inventories, releasing and protecting tenant deposits
• Ensuring office compliance including fleet insurance and permits
• Filing, scanning, uploading sensitive documents
• Complaint with GDPR and data protection
• Instructing properties for letting
• Liaising with local authorities and housing associations
• Serving notices and processing eviction documents
• Maintaining business cards, window display, company brochures and general office presentation
• Ordering stationary
• Flexibly adapting to other administrative duties as need

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience within the Property Industry
• Understanding the property processes
• Basic knowledge of property regulations is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Diligent team player with excellent multitasking ability
• Good communication skills are essential
• DBS check required

Hours & Benefits

• Office based Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
• 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• £25,000 with a salary review after probation
