Legal Advisor

Lutine Bell are proud to be supporting one of the UK's most prestigious Private Banks, looking for a Legal Advisor to join on a part-time basis for 14 months as part of a maternity cover. As one of the most established Private Banks, they are very well renowned for their high-quality services and financial advice for HNW and UHNW individuals.
This is offered on a 3 day per week basis.
The role will be part of a small tight-knit team, working on multiple areas of the business whilst providing senior stakeholder management and maintaning the top quality service towards the bank's clients. About the role
General Legal advice and support to all departments of the bank.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts with the bank's suppliers and 3rd parties.
Identifying and proactively managing legal risks both on a BAU and projects basis.
Support with the internal Corporate Governance framework.
About you
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with at least 5 years of PQE.
Private Banking (ideal) or Retail Banking (desireable) experience in a legal function.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Team player, excellent communicator and ability to work independently.
