Possibl are recruiting for a 6-month contract, with an immediate start for the suitable candidate:
You will be responsible for the management, configuration and maintaining learning content on a global LMS, including course deployment, content management and user management.
The role will be responsible for identifying areas of innovation and developing the roadmap for the LMS in collaboration with the wider team to ensureyou can provide a leading customer experience and understands trends in learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the wider team and troubleshooting with technical queries that might arise
Provide subject matter expertise on the usage of tools and technologies employed for course delivery and development
Coordinate and deliver content updates to courses on the LMS, ensuring all thorough testing is completed and issues are resolved, communicating the status effectively with the team 
Deliver training on the use of an LMS or tools to internal stakeholders
Provide support for B2B requests for access to learning content and set up of B2B learners and own instances on the LMS
Functional testing of new and revised courses prior to launch on the LMS to ensure successful operational delivery
Identifying areas for innovation and research and implement new tools, processes and solutions to improve our offering and develop the LMS roadmap in collaboration with the wider team.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in working with SCORM and XML. Ideally, also some exposure to LTI, IMS Open Badges Standard and JSON.
Good experience of working with Learning Management Solutions both from a content and administration perspective
Basic understanding of Identity Access Management technologies, including Open Connect (OIDC) and SAML
Good documentation skills to ensure a full set of configuration and operational procedures exists and are maintained at all times.
Able to work with minimal supervision - strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to ensure service levels are met
Good communicator that’s able to work well as part of a team.
