Learning Support Assistant - The Role

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant position in a small, supportive classroom
• Work within a SEN unit, supporting 8 children with additional needs across KS1 and KS2
• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to enhance learning and emotional development
• Assist the class teacher and SENCO in delivering personalised interventions
• The role will run from April 2025 to July 2025

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements

• Prior experience working in a Learning Support Assistant or SEN role is highly desirable
• A proactive, patient, and caring approach to working with children with additional needs
• Ability to work closely with the class teacher and other professionals in a team
• A strong communicator who can adapt to different learning styles and needs
• Available to work full-time from April 2025 to July 2025
