Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and other learning requirements
- Work closely with teachers to assist in planning and delivering lessons that meet the individual needs of students
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation
- Help manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies, promoting a respectful and safe atmosphere
- Offer emotional and pastoral support to students, contributing to their overall well-being and personal development
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Support students during exams and assessments, helping to reduce anxiety and ensure they perform to the best of their abilities

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school setting
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
