The Developer Link has partnered with a fast-growing AI Start-Up (digital personal assistance platform) who are looking for a Lead Developer to join the team.

Experience:
Proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, PHP and Python.
Experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
Knowledge of database technologies MySQL and platforms such as Airtable
Exposure to Apache and/or Nginx.
Linux operating system knowledge is a bonus.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud is advantageous
Knowledge in Development and fine-tuning of large LLMs
A degree in computer science or a related field

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing AI algorithms and models
Collaborating with the team to design and build features and products
Optimising and maintaining existing systems
Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products and services
Contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company
Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging
Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge
Playing a key role in shaping the company's initiatives and future projects!
