Key Responsibilities for a Lead Mechancial Engineer:
* Lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring smooth operations.
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Diagnose faults, provide technical expertise, and implement solutions.
* Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Mechanical Engineering Requirements:
* Strong mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC background.
* Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role.
* Experience working in facilities management (FM).
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage workloads and coordinate maintenance activities.
