My client is a market leader in sports trading and is seeking a Junior Quantitative Developer to join their team. They offer a unique blend of sports and financial betting, fixed odds betting, casino gaming, and CFD trading under one brand. With ambitious growth plans, including a marketing boost and expansion into Denmark, they are seeking to expand their team.
The Role: Join as a Junior / Graduate Quantitative Developer, applying mathematical models to price sporting events and integrating these models into real-time systems using C# and SQL. You'll develop and maintain sports trading applications.
This role involves occasional support outside regular hours due to the sporting calendar.
About You:
Experience in C# programming and also SQL
Proven interest in sports
Ability to solve complex quantitative problems, particularly related to probability.
Strong communication skills.
A detailed understanding of the rules of major sports.
A degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related discipline from a top university (2:1 or higher).
