We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team in Oxfordshire, covering our Witney and Bicester sites.

In Health has been providing patients and commissioners with rapid access to high quality endoscopy services in community gastroenterology clinics for over 10 years.

Leading the way in direct access services we work closely with primary care clinicians and commissioners to support the management of patients in the community and reduce waiting times at our local hospitals. We design locally agreed integrated pathways helping CCGs provide patient centered community endoscopy services through a one stop service.

Our services include Transnasal & Oral Gastroscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Bowel Scoping, Community Gastroenterology Clinics.

What does being a Registered Nurse involve?

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

As Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy clinics, you will deliver a professional and efficient service, working alongside a team of ODP's, Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers in our dynamic and fast-paced sites. As an integral part of our clinical team, your skills as a Registered Nurse help us to deliver on our vision to make healthcare better.

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • To be an NMC registered nurse
  • Previous experience working in an Endoscopy department
  • Be able to demonstrate an appreciation of patient care and confidentiality
  • Have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Understand the implications of the Data Protection Act and Caldicott Principles
  • Be computer literate, with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
