Account Manager, Creative Agency, London, Soho £28k - £30k

What's the Agency like for the Account Manager?

A large well-known network agency with a fully integrated offering that has gone like a whirling dervish up the creative charts and left the industry agog!

Despite its success, the agency has kept its "small" feel and sense of "being part of a family". It acts and thinks independently. It is purposeful about its creative offering by trying to be a "force for good" and making a lasting difference to society as well as driving commercial results.

The agency has a great reputation within the industry not only for its great work but also for its lively culture. There is an energetic vibe and the agency attracts edgy forward -thinkers who can see the direction the industry is moving in and find it exciting to be part of it.

The culture is as important to the agency as great work and it was one of the first to pilot a work/life balance. In addition to an extremely generous holiday entitlement and competitive salary, it also regards a social life as being very important with great knock out agency parties and gigs.

The agency is genuinely media agnostic and has built its reputation around this. It is more excited by the power of the organising idea than the lure of any one channel. It has consistently won awards across a range of channels including film, print, digital and social; plus, a number of strategy effectiveness awards.

The agency is a true meritocracy and prides itself on the diversity and quality of its peoples' skills. Different viewpoints are wholeheartedly encouraged and everyone has a healthy respect for each other's expertise.
